Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that any rescheduling, changes, or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance according to the salon’s opening hours,
Preferably by calling the salon at 098637171.
Please note that we may not regularly check emails, so cancellations should always be communicated by phone.
For cancellations within 24 hours, we charge 50% of the treatment price.
If an appointment is canceled due to illness and the customer can provide a medical certificate, there will be no charge.
Unattended appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
If we need to cancel a customer’s appointment, we will notify them primarily by phone.

How do I know the length of my hair?
· Short hair: reaches just below the chin.
· Medium-length hair: reaches just below the shoulders.
· Long hair: reaches from shoulder level downwards, above the shoulder blades.
· Extra-long hair: reaches below the shoulder blades.
· Especially extra-long hair: reaches above the buttocks.

What if I don't want a haircut with the coloring service?
A tidy-up haircut is included in all our coloring packages.max 3cm haircut
What happens if you're late?
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to postpone or cancel your appointment, in which case we will charge 100% of the price of the booked service.
You will be booked a professional's personal appointment, so we hope you respect our booking and cancellation policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation if the lack of service is due to the customer's delay.
Why do I have to cancel my booked appointment at least 24 hours earlier?
If a customer cancels an appointment, it means several hours of downtime for the contract entrepreneur, as the time may not be resold immediately.
For this reason, cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance so that the salon can offer the time to the next customer.
We will send an invoice for appointments canceled later.
Does it matter if I choose base coloring or base lightening?
Yes, it does matter. If you want a dark base color, you choose the base color. On the other hand, if you wish to lighten the entire base, you definitely choose base lightening. Base lightening work takes longer and in too short a time we can't make your light base look beautiful. If your base growth is more than 2 cm long, i.e. it's been more than 8 weeks since your last visit, it's a lightening job.
What is the difference between colour and multicolor?
Color means using only one color and multicolor max 3 colors
Why am I charged extra for thick hair?
We want to provide you with the best service. Thick and abundant hair requires more time, product, and work.
Hair aftercare
After dyeing, you keep the color beautiful and the hair in good condition with the right hair care products. Recommended products depend on hair type and coloring.
Why is Fiber max 1+2 treatment recommended for coloring treatments?
Fiber max 1+2 Bond repairs and strengthens the hair internally.
Contains keratin and amino acids.
The first part of the Fiber max treatment is mixed with the color or bleach and protects the hair during the treatment. The second part of the Fiber max treatment, which repairs damaged hair, is applied to the hair after the treatment during washing. Fiber max treatment is recommended to keep the hair in good condition and prevent breakage.
Warm or cool tone?
• Warm colors are red, yellow or orange. A warm tone means that the hair color has a hint of these tones.
• Cold colors, on the other hand, are blue, green or purple. A cold tone means that the hair color has a hint of these tones.
If I want my hair from dark to light, how do I book the right time?
This depends entirely on whether your hair is naturally dark and your expectations, If so.

How is billing handled?
f you forget your appointment or can't make it, we'll first send you a reminder message via email. You'll then receive two friendly reminder invoices two weeks apart. However, if you're unable to pay by then, we'll forward the matter to our collections agency. We hope it won't come to that, but please help us keep things in order!
How do you find out if your hair has metal deposits?
If you doubt this, contact your own water utility, which will take the samples. We have collected a few tips from different sources on how to identify metal deposits. (Note. The information is from 2014)
The colors do not last and especially the red colors (can be separated from normal duration/due to the condition of the hair).
Stripes/colors quickly change color to dull/dirty.
Blonde hair turns green/reddish/yellowish, (chlorine, copper/iron/iron, manganese) even if it is bleached.
The hair is tangled, rough and "hard", no matter how you take care of it (poor condition is a separate issue, this needs to be separated).
Metal smell when hair is wet.
When bleaching, the hair heats up (we are already in dangerous waters!!), in other treatments, the color mass and permanent substance reacts to the metal (root growth 2014).
If you suspect that there are metals in your hair, tell your hairdresser immediately. We recommend a deep cleaning treatment that removes metals. We also cannot know if there are metals in your hair, and for that reason we are also not responsible if a chemical reaction occurs in your case.
Chemical Reaction
Various metals can be deposited in the hair.
Less often in urban conditions, unless you live in a house with really old pipes. Metal deposits are usually caused by well water.
However, metals can also be a problem in cities, even if the house has new pipes.
There can be a lot of iron, copper and lime in the water (reddish and bluish precipitate dries on the floor and shower curtain).
In general, iron and copper have a strong effect on bleaching, and especially color removal-type bleaching.
The chemical reaction means that the metals react with the bleach, causing the treatment to get out of hand and the hair to get very hot.
It can even lead to heat that causes burns. Another effect is that the hair is burned and chemically cut. The strength of the reaction depends on the amount of accumulated metal.

Did the result not meet your expectations?
Thank you for sharing your concern! It's important to address any dissatisfaction promptly. We understand that each customer's hair is unique, and the outcome can vary from person to person, based on the individual's characteristics and starting point. Advertisement images provide just one perspective, and the outcome may be different.
It's not our policy to promise that the result on a customer's hair will be the same as in the advertisement image or other material presented. However, we always strive for the best possible outcome. If you notice that we have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible, and we appreciate your understanding. As humans, we are all prone to errors, and it's important to acknowledge them and learn from them. Thank you for your patience, and we are committed to providing a complimentary correction session.
After the work is finished, I'm not satisfied with the color choice?
We propose from a professional point of view and the customer makes the final binding decision. If you don't like the end result you want, even though our work corresponds to what we had agreed on at the beginning, we can do a new treatment and color if there is enough time. However, this means new work and additional time, in which case it will be charged as a new processing.
When you show us a preferred picture from the internet, it helps us understand your preferences. However, the result depends on your individual hair type, your hair history and condition when you arrive at our salon, as well as the complexity of the service you choose.
Complaint
Complaints must be presented no later than two (2) weeks after the visit, either by email, phone, or in person.
Be prepared that the reason for the complaint may need to be demonstrated in person.
Most of our services come with a two (2) week quality guarantee, during which we will correct any potential errors in the work free of charge.
We do not refund money for work done, but according to the consumer ombudsman's guidelines, we offer to correct any possible mistakes free of charge.
How to prepare for coming to the hairdresser?
- Show the hairdresser pictures to make sure he perceives and understands the desired result.
- Think carefully about what you want to do. For example, from black hair to blond? Few people can do this at once.
- For others, the hair lightens really well already the first time and they get close to the end result, even in one go. For others, it requires more than one visit.
- In projects, you need to be patient, realistic about time and times.
Billing?
We will send an invoice for the irreversible period by email. We send two reminder invoices every 2 weeks, after which we transfer the invoice to a debt collection agency if we have not received payment.
